• Since the floor sample is also an original piece, you can examine the colouring, feel the structure and touch the quality. You also have the opportunity to test the sample for water resistance and cleaning. You can also stand on the pattern with your foot. Feel the hardness and warmth of the floor with your feet.
• Place the floor pattern against furniture, walls and doors. This way you can be sure that the pattern harmonises with the rest of the furnishings.
• Most of the floor patterns are approximately A4 size. That is only a small section of the entire decor picture. That is why you should bear in mind, especially with parquet patterns: nature has much more to offer than a pattern of this size can depict. In addition, the appearance of the patterns may vary slightly. This is due to different batches or production processes of the manufacturer.
• Once you have chosen a floor covering with the help of a sample, do not wait with your order. It’s possible that your desired floor is sold out by that time. So order sooner rather than later. From an order value of 1200 EUR, you can store your goods with us for up to three months - completely free of charge.
• Your dream floor has been delivered, how do you deal with the sample package now? Please do not return the sample package to planeo. This would be uneconomical for you and for us and would also unnecessarily pollute the environment. Instead, pass it on to your acquaintances, relatives, friends or neighbours - perhaps someone there is also about to have their floor renovated. If this is not the case, you can dispose of the samples in the residual waste.
