Planeo Deutschland GmbH is an online specialist retailer for flooring, garden and home products. We offer an extensive range of floor coverings (vinyl flooring, laminate, parquet, PVC, linoleum, cork), decking boards, garden fences, wall cladding, doors and matching accessories. In addition to our product range, we provide comprehensive services such as free sample shipping, advice, DIY videos and a guide.
Explanation of how the service is provided
Via our website www.planeo.de, customers can purchase flooring, garden and home products. Customers can register on the website, order free samples, add items to their basket and save them to a wish list. The ordering process takes place via our online shop using various payment methods. Customers can also subscribe to our newsletter, watch DIY videos and use our guide. We also provide telephone advice and a call-back service.
