The extremely durable Trespa brand panels are the premium solution for a uniformly coloured façade in a timelessly elegant style. The laminated wood fibre panels are compressed using a high-pressure process, giving them their exceptionally high robustness against extreme weather events. The concept behind Trespa façades is based on two components: Firstly, they consist of up to 70 percent natural fibres, the natural fibre composites (NFC for short) from sustainable forestry, which are PEFC-certified. On the other hand, the fibres contain thermosetting resins that have a positive effect on the weather- and light-protective properties of the façade panels. This means that the deep shine of striking Trespa colours is perfectly preserved for decades, even without time-consuming maintenance work such as painting or oiling. In addition, high pressure and high temperatures are applied in the manufacturing process to achieve the enormous stability of the panels. In other words, the components of high-quality Trespa façades represent an amalgamation of artificial and natural ingredients. For example, two layers of synthetic material encase the core of pressed wood fibres, in that the sheathing ensures impermeability to water.

Due to their special constitution, Trespa façades have a diamond-like durability. The impact- and scratch-resistant surface offers reliable protection against extreme weather conditions. Electron beam curing, which is used in the manufacture of Trespa panels made of high-pressure laminate (HPL), ensures that hardly any dirt accumulates on the closed surface of the façade. Even impurities such as soot or graffiti can be removed quickly and easily thanks to sophisticated EBC technology.

In addition, Trespa façade panels retain their rich colour without the need for laborious painting or varnishing - for decades to come. Trespa's decorative façades are available in a noble, authentic wood look and offer a stylish selection of solid colours such as grey or brown. In this way, the functional façades advance to become decorative elements on the building's own exterior façade.

What should also not go unmentioned is the simple installation of high-quality Trespa panels. These can be installed both vertically and horizontally. Concealed fastening is achieved with the clip system and colour-matched screws. To finish off doors, side windows or corners, colour-matched aluminium façade profiles can be used. These are easy to attach and provide a secure concealed transition to the façade panel. No sealing is necessary at the cut edges and the panels can be cut to size without splintering the material. Another plus is the ventilated system of these complete solutions. Since they are hung on a substructure, a rear-ventilated system for the removal of water vapour is created.
