Product description

The TRESPA® PURA NFC® façade panels embellish your façade with a premium solution in the form of natural fibre composite, a natural fibre composite in which laminates made of wood fibres by means of a high-pressure process make the material extremely robust against extreme weather conditions. At the same time, the full gloss of the surface remains for decades without the need for tedious maintenance work.

  • Diamond-like durability
    • In addition to impregnation with thermosetting resins and a decorative colour surface coating, the laminated panels are given a special transparent top layer, which is produced by: Electron Beam Curing -technology and thus improves weather and light protective properties. All components are bonded together with simultaneous application of heat (≥ 150 °C / ≥ 302° F) and high pressure (≥ 7 MPa), providing a non-porous material with increased density and integrated decorative surface.

  • Environmentally friendly
    • The environmentally friendly NFC material consists of 70% wood fibres sourced from sustainable forestry and subject to PEFC™ certification.

  • Ventilated system

    • Because the façade profiles are pre-hung on a substructure, a rear-ventilated system for water vapour dissipation is created.

  • Simple installation
    • The façade panel can be installed vertically or horizontally. For the finish, e.g. on doors, windows on the sides or the corners, you can use the colour-matched façade profiles made of aluminium. These are easy to install and form a secure concealed transition to the façade panel.
    The panels are cut to size without splintering the material - and no sealing of the cut edges is necessary!

    • Easy maintenance

    Thanks to the closed surface through the EBC technology, the accumulation of dirt is prevented. Impurities such as soot, graffiti or permanent markers can be easily removed. Painting or varnishing the façade panels is not necessary.

      *depending on construction method and local requirements

      Substructure recommendation:
    • Base batten - 40/60mm cross-section
      Insulation is placed between base battens
    • Support batten - 30/50mm cross-section
      This is screwed parallel to the counter or base battens at a distance of 40cm from each other (as rear ventilation for façades/slabs/panels).
