The planeo SXR-T 8 mm long-shank anchor consists of a nylon anchor with a galvanised steel Torx countersunk screw. It is particularly suitable for timber substructures and for fixing supporting or base battens to the wall.
The specified anchoring depth is 50 mm. In solid building materials, the plug expands, whilst in perforated building materials, anchoring takes place within the cavity. An ETA approval is specified for concrete and masonry.
According to the product data, the long-shank anchor is suitable for concrete, vertically perforated and solid bricks, hollow blocks made of lightweight concrete, perforated and solid sand-lime bricks, aerated concrete, solid blocks made of lightweight and normal-weight concrete, thermal insulation blocks, dense-textured natural stone and solid plasterboard.
