Der Boden eignet sich für Warmwasser-Fußbodenheizungen. Die Nutzungsklasse ist mit 31 – Gewerbe leicht angegeben, außerdem ist der Blaue Engel hinterlegt. Für den Wohnbereich besteht eine Garantie von 10 Jahren.
