The planeo flex adhesive is a dry mixture of mineral and organic binders, fillers and additives. After mixing with water, a homogeneous adhesive mass is formed. The mortar offers strong adhesion and initial strength and is water and frost resistant. Suitable for bonding planeo StoneWall Solid stone slips, ceramic tiles and terracotta indoors and outdoors. Compatible substrates include concrete, aerated concrete, cement render, lime render, gypsum plaster, plasterboard and more.

Preparation of the substrate:

The substrate must be cured, load-bearing, level, free of dust, grease and lubricants. Unstable mortars and coatings with insufficient adhesion must be removed. Absorbent and dusty substrates should be primed.

Preparation of the product:

Mix dry mixture gradually with clean water (3.5 l per 15 kg mortar) until a lump-free mass is obtained. After a waiting time of five minutes, mix thoroughly again.

Processing:

Apply mortar as a thin layer with a notched trowel. Then apply a thicker layer of mortar and trowel off at an angle of 45-60 degrees. Lay the tiles according to the instructions. Check adhesive mortar and if too dry, remove and reapply. Press tiles down evenly, remove grout residues before curing. Protect facades from rain. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
