These decorative high-pressure laminates (HPL) are thermosetting resin-based panels (laminates) made up of the following elements: paper derived from fresh and recycled cellulose fibre, phenolic resin, melamine resin, ornamental paper, and protective film. What is important when installing HPL decking?

Because the material is extremely hard and durable, it can be sawn, drilled, or machined. A slope is not required for HPL decking boards. The water just drains off through the joints or, in heavy rain, around the borders. Avoid laying the HPL planks in hot, damp, or icy weather.
