If you would like to complain or return something, please proceed as follows:
Click on the link "Register complaint/return" below and then enter your order details. In the next step, you have the option of sending us photos. This is particularly helpful in the case of product and transport damage, so that we can process the complaint more quickly.
After you have filled out and sent the form, we will inform you about the further procedure by e-mail.
Important: unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage during return transport due to insufficient packaging. We will be happy to send you a return packaging set on request.
In the event of revocation, you will bear the return costs. If we are at fault, the return is of course free of charge to you.
